FREE SAMPLES

Samples are provided as a complimentary addition to purchases and are not individually selected based on specific hair or skin concerns. By accepting and using a sample, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and suitability for their personal use. We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions or unwanted results. If you have sensitivities or allergies, we recommend conducting a patch test or consulting a professional before use.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are valid for a limited time only, as specified at the time of issue. Unless otherwise stated, codes are redeemable on full-priced items only and exclude gift packs, bundles, gift cards, electrical items, and sometimes selected brands.

Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated.

Where applicable, minimum spend requirements must be met prior to the application of shipping fees. Discounts apply to product value only and do not apply to shipping or additional service charges. Any welcome or UGC discount codes have a minimum spend of $50 on relevant items.

Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders. Any refunds issued will reflect the discounted purchase price paid.

Hair Gang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel discount codes and promotional offers at any time without notice, including where misuse, abuse, or unauthorised distribution is identified.

Additional exclusions may apply to specific promotions as communicated at the time of issue.
