Hair Gang offers FREE delivery on orders over $60!
We aim to have your orders shipped in 1-4 business days (promotional sales can extend this timeframe). A member of our customer service team will get in touch with you if there is any delay.
Please note: Express Shipping comes into effect once your order has been dispatched. Your order will not skip any internal queues if you have paid for Express Shipping.

It is your responsibility to ensure all your address details are correct at the time of ordering. Your order will be shipped as per your instructions/account details.
Can I give authority to leave my package?
We require a signature on delivery for all orders. If someone isn’t available at your delivery address to receive your order, it will be sent to your local Australia Post for collection.
What if my parcel is RTS (return to sender)?
Uncollected orders are considered change-of-mind returns (see link to refunds page to read more). We are happy to send the order out for a second attempt delivery fee of $12.95 ($20 if you would like express).

You'll have 48 hours to pick up your parcel once Australia Post notify you by SMS and email that it’s ready to pick up

Delivery Responsibility
If a shipment is marked as delivered by Australia Post, including where a delivery scan, delivery photo, GPS confirmation, or signature has been obtained, the order will be considered successfully delivered. Hair Gang cannot accept responsibility for parcels reported as missing after confirmed delivery.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and that the location is secure for parcel delivery. Hair Gang is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery notification so we can assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Any investigation outcomes are determined by Australia Post.
Important notice about Express Shipping
Express shipping cannot be fulfilled if you are ordering an aerosol product as express is air-freighted. If you have paid for express, you will be refunded this amount upon packing and labelling of your order. If your order is under $60 we will amend the charge to the standard shipping fee.Â
Christmas Cut-Off Dates
Please note the dates below for Australia Post freight cut-off. You must add 1-4 business days for our internal processing of your order. If you are unsure, please get in touch with us - getting your orders in time for Christmas is our top priority.
