Cleanse hair with 4BOND N' PLEX Shampoo prior to conditioning. For daily conditioning, place a small amount in palm of hand, liquefy and and disperse through hair and rinse out. For deep conditioning, leave in 3-5 minutes, wait 10 minutes for extreme conditioing, rinse out.
