It's perfect for both virgin and dyed black to dark brown hair, neutralizing red undertones and giving a cool, glossy finish with added depth. The formula features a blend of blue-yellow direct dyes and has a lovely fragrance of citrus, jasmine, and cedarwood.
Red undertones in dark hair can be caused by sun exposure, water and chlorine, bleaching or highlighting, chemical treatments, and excessive use of hot tools.
Dark Envy differs from other shampoos by targeting specific undertones. It contains direct dyes that neutralize red undertones in hair levels 1-4. In comparison, Brass Off neutralizes orange undertones in hair levels 5-7, while So Silver takes care of yellow undertones in hair levels 8-10+.
