Shampoo and condition hair as usual. On towel-dried hair, apply a small amount of the treatment to your palms and distribute evenly throughout your hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Leave on for 5-20 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the color. Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. Use once weekly.
