Expired product - not good enough!!!

I purchased NAK Hair Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner. Have previously used these products. When I went to use the conditioner I couldn't squeeze it out of the bottle. I eventually did using two hands and it was thicker than toothpaste. I contacted NAK to provide the batch # and was told that the product was over 5yrs old and not to use it as it could damage my hair. I provided the shampoo batch # and even though it was a better consistency, I was advised that it was also too old to use. NAK were wonderful to deal with. I wonder how many other people have purchased expired products from Hair Gang that don't work as well as they should and damage hair. Hair Gang clearly don't maintain their stock well. Five plus years is an extremely long time to have a bottle sit on a shelf. I will never purchase from this site again. Shame on you Hair Gang.
